DESCRIPTION:The Chancel Choir begins rehearsals for this year on September 
 17 and invites new singers to join us. If you can “carry a tune” and l
 ove to sing\, we welcome you! Fall is a great time to start singing! \nTh
 is adult choir meets for rehearsals on Thursday evenings from September th
 rough May. The Chancel Choir sings each Sunday for our 10:00 a.m. worship 
 service and for seasonal special events. We have some fun social events bu
 ilt into the schedule\, too!\nOur Chancel Choir is directed by Diane Hires
 \, who served as administrator\, fine arts department chair\, and choral d
 irector at Downers Grove High Schools during her 37-year career and served
  as music director for many high school and community theatre musicals. Mo
  Xu\, an accomplished pianist\, is the collaborative pianist. \nIf you ha
